Sustainability
Software should remove something real.
We choose projects that take something out of the physical world: vehicles off the road, trips made to obtain information that should be a click away, paper printed to move a file across a desk. It guides what we agree to build. It is not a sales argument.

What we do not do: we sell no carbon credits and we offset nothing. No product of ours will display avoided tonnes without its calculation method published beside the figure. If a project would not reduce anything measurable, we will say so rather than dress it in green.
