Based in Oshawa, Magloire works at the intersection of technology and community development in Durham Region. He also leads NAPECA, an organization dedicated to international municipal cooperation, and works in both French and English.
NATAIS was incorporated federally on 20 August 2026 to carry this work as a company rather than a series of side projects.
Where our sensibility lies
Sustainable development, the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the protection of the environment are not a section of our website; they are a filter on what we agree to build. Digital tools are good at removing journeys, paper and waiting — that is where we would rather spend our time. When a product of ours claims an environmental effect, it publishes the method behind the figure.
